Corporate and Community Development at BCTC provides a comprehensive approach to training that addresses the many factors that influence the decision to provide training to your employees.
The customized training programs offered by CCD begin with an assessment of your goals and expected outcomes of training. Training will be tailored to the specific needs of your organization and employees; and can be offered in various formats: onsite, instructor-led, online or on one of the BCTC campuses: Cooper Drive, Regency Road, Leestown Road, Winchester/Clark County, Danville, Lawrenceburg, and Georgetown.
In addition, our ability to access the resources of the entire system of sixteen KCTCS community colleges enables us to reach your employees across Kentucky – providing your business with a base of experience and expertise much broader than any single community/technical college can offer.
