A cooperative program between BCTC and EKU that includes:
- Enhanced Transfer Advising -- you will receive enhanced transfer advising - which means you'll know exactly which courses to take to prepare you to transfer!
- Guaranteed Admission to EKU -- You are guaranteed admission to EKU following completion of an Associate of Arts or Associate of Science degree
- Onsite Priority Registration -- When you're ready to transfer, BCTC Colonel students will have the opportunity to register onsite at BCTC for the fall or spring semesters at EKU. This opportunity will be conducted during the priority registration period at EKU.
- Apply to EKU for free -- The $30 application fee will be waived for students who are registered in the BCTC Colonel program at least one semester prior to transfer and who successfully complete the program.
- Attend EKU for half price -- Students who earn 24 credit hours at BCTC with a cumulative 3.0 GPA are automatically awarded a KCTCS Transfer Scholarship. With this scholarship, your tuition will be half the normal EKU in-state tuition rate for up to six semesters. Contact the EKU Transfer Advisor at the BCTC Transfer Center for more information.
