- The BCTC Colonel program is a cooperative program between BCTC and Eastern Kentucky University that provides students with the opportunity to gain a strong academic foundation prior to attending Eastern Kentucky University.
- BCTC students in the BCTC Colonel program are guaranteed admission to EKU following successful completion of the program.
- When you're ready to transfer, BCTC Colonel students will have the opportunity to register onsite at BCTC for the fall or spring semesters at EKU. This opportunity will be conducted during the priority registration period at EKU.
- You can meet all the EKU General Education requirements while at BCTC--When you earn you Associate of Arts or Science degree, you will be General Education Certified, which means you won't have to take any more gen ed courses when you transfer to EKU!
- OH!--BCTC Colonel students can attend all EKU athletic events at no cost!
