When you earn your Associate of Arts or Science degree, you will be General Education Certified, which means you won't have to take any more gen ed courses when you transfer to UK!
You can meet with a UK Transfer Advisor onsite at BCTC
The UK Transfer Advisor can help you plan your progress toward graduation from UK - even when you're still a BCTC student!
You will have access to:
- Transfer credit audits
- UK major pathway sheets (that include coursework for BCTC and UK degrees)
Live in UK housing
You can apply for UK housing and dining services.
Take advantage of UK student services
Create your very own unique student services plan by selecting from a huge menu of student services. Pay only for what you want. (And that can include UK tickets!)
You can priority register for pre-major and major courses at UK while you're still at BCTC
Take up to 12 credit hours of UK coursework as a visiting student while still enrolled at BCTC - and register during priority registration so you have better course selection.
Apply to UK for free
When you are ready to graduate from BCTC and transfer to UK, UK will waive the admissions application fee.
