Educational Talent Search is federal TRiO program sponsored by Bluegrass Community and Technical College and funded by the U.S. Department of Education. The mission of Educational Talent Search is to assist eligible youth and adults in preparing for and accessing postsecondary educational programs. ETS provides educational guidance services to 950 students in Bourbon, Boyle, Clark, Fayette, Jessamine, Mercer, and Scott counties.
