Educational Talent Search is a federal TRiO program, funded by the U.S. Department of Education and based at Bluegrass Community and Technical College's Regency Campus in Lexington. The ETS mission is to assist eligible youth and adults in preparing for and accessing postsecondary educational programs. ETS provides educational guidance services to 950 students in Bourbon, Boyle, Clark, Fayette, Jessamine, Mercer, and Scott counties.

Our goals center upon helping participants:

• Excel in school
• Develop awareness of potential careers
• Experience positive cultural activities
• Understand and pursue postsecondary education
