Where is the Student Records Office located?
The Student Records office has two main offices located at the Leestown and Cooper campus. These are the only two offices that may print official transcripts. Bluegrass extended campuses normally have a Student Records contact available for questions and forms. Please see location information below:

How do I change my address?
Currently enrolled students may change their home address online using Peoplesoft, https://students.kctcs.edu/ , or by completing an Address Change form in person at the Leestown or Cooper campus Records Office, or by printing the Address Change form at (www.bluegrass.kctcs.edu/sa/registration/studentforms/) then faxing to (859)246.4666.
My name has recently changed. What do I need to do to change my name at BCTC?
Students should report to the Records Office at the Leestown or Cooper campus with their driver’s license, or social security card listing the updated name. Name changes are usually completed within 3 business days.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

How do I get my PS Student ID number to reset my password?
Student may go to any Bluegrass campus with a picture ID and receive their PS Student ID number. Student Records staff are unable to relase this number over the phone, email, or fax.

Where do I go to get an enrollment verification?
Currently enrolled students may print a Current Enrollment Verification Certificate online using Peoplesoft. Please review the instructions on (http://www.bluegrass.kctcs.edu/sa/registration/enrollment_verification/). Students may also request an enrollment verification in person at the Leestown or Cooper Records Office. Please note that enrollment verification may not be available immediately depending on the time of year.
When can I change my program/plan?
The program/plan change form can be printed from the “Student Forms” page (http://www.bluegrass.kctcs.edu/sa/registration/studentforms/), or students may request the form in person at any Bluegrass campus. All program/plan forms must be manually processed in the Records Office. Program/plan changes are usually completed within 3 business days. If requesting in person, please visit one of the following:

How do I file for academic bankruptcy?
Students may pick up the academic bankruptcy form in the Records Office on the Cooper or Leestown Campus. All academic bankruptcy requests are processed in the Records Office. The academic bankruptcy process normally takes 2-4 weeks. Once the bankruptcy process is complete, the Records Office will mail an unofficial transcript to the student showing the results of the bankruptcy.
When will I receive my grades/transcript in the mail?
Transcripts are not mailed without the student request and payment. Information about requesting a transcript can be found at http://www.bluegrass.kctcs.edu/sa/registration/request_a_transcript/.
Bluegrass no longer mails grades at the end of each term. Final grades are viewable on the PeopleSoft self-service account as soon as the instructor posts grades at the end of each term.
My home campus is wrong. How do I get that changed?
To update the home campus, students must complete a new application in the Admissions Office.
