Welcome to Student Employment & Experiential Education at BCTC!

Bluegrass Community & Technical College is committed to helping our students learn how to navigate the Job Search Process and to gain valuable ‘real world’ work experience before graduation through Experiential Education consisting of Co-op, Internship, and Practicum programs.

Student Employment & Employability Skills
Did you know that employers take only 15 to 60 seconds to review your résumé before deciding whether or not to interview you? No interview; no job! Through Student Employment Services, you will learn how to write 60 second, employer-friendly résumés, cover & thank you letters, and references for today’s job market. You will also be able to learn how to research companies, to access new interview techniques, and how to avoid the pitfalls of office politics.
