BCTC and KCTCS Online Learning Course Schedule

Below is a copy of open BCTC and KCTCS schedule for online courses. On the course schedule, the letters BLC refer to Bluegrass Community and Technical College. In the MODE column, the letters BK = KET (Kentucky Educational Television) course. These courses generally require 4 - 5 inperson sessions and the rest is done over streaming audio and video or via the television. BL = 100% online courses open to Bluegrass students only. BW = 100% online courses open to all KCTCS students. HB = Hybrid sections, which do require some campus meetings. Bluegrass students can take any BK, BL, BW, or HB on the schedule below.

During the "Registration Dates" for each semester, students can enroll themselves through their PeopleSoft account. If you have problems, please contact Ms. Karen Dearborn at Karen.Dearborn@kctcs.edu or by calling 859-246-6603.

Summer, and Fall 2008 Online Classes

Online Students,

Online classes are now available for enrollment for the 2008 summer and fall semesters. (Please make sure you speak to an advisor before enrolling. Email is the preferred method of contact.)

1. Students may choose to self-enroll during Priority Registration (March 24-April 11) through their PeopleSoft Student Self-Service account at https://students.kctcs.edu/.

2. If you cannot enroll yourself through your Student Account, contact your advisor. (Please remember that email is the preferred method of contact.) Your advisor may be able to enroll you into the courses.  When contacting an online advisor, please be sure to include the following information in your emails:
Full Name
Name of your Home College
Your PeopleSoft id (usually starts with 00)
If sending from another email account, please include your KCTCS email address
Preferred phone number (including area code) where you can be easily reached
Name of program you are in or have an interest in
5 digit class number for the classes you wish to enroll in.

3. If your advisor cannot enroll you into the classes, please send your request to Karen.Dearborn@kctcs.edu.
