IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Online advisors prefer to be contacted through your KCTCS email account as this will validate who you are and that you are a BCTC student.  When contacting an online advisor, please be sure to include the following information in your emails:
Full Name
Your PeopleSoft id (usually starts with 00)
If sending from another email account, please include your KCTCS email address
Preferred phone number (including area code) where you can be easily reached

ADVISOR DIRECTORY FOR BCTC ONLINE PROGRAMS

The list of advisors below is for online students only.

If you are enrolling in any in-person courses, please contact your your in-person advisor as they can assist you with online courses also.

March 1 - Open Enrollment and Advising for summer and fall online classes only.

October 1 - Open Enrollment and Advising for spring online classes only.

Enrollment ends the first week of classes.

There is no SET DATE for classes to begin so be sure to check your Class Schedule for start dates.

BCTC CAN BE YOUR HOME COLLEGE FOR THE FOLLOWING ONLINE DEGREES, DIPLOMAS, AND LICENSE / CERTIFICATES:(Click on the Program Title to view the Program Plan or Guide Sheet)

*Advisors can be reached toll free at 1-866-774-4872. When you are asked to enter the extention, enter the number 5 plus the last 4 digits of the advisor's phone number.

ONLINE PROGRAMS

2 + 2 ASSOCIATE TO BACHELOR DEGREES
The following 2+2 programs are offered 100% online. These programs allow you to take the first two years from a KCTCS institution and then complete the final two years online from the other offering institution. Click on the Associate to Bachelor degree partnership you are interested in to see the guide sheet for the program.

TRANSFERRABLE ASSOCIATE DEGREES
These degrees are transferrable to other colleges and universities across Kentucky. Please see the information under each degree title. These Associate Degrees are offered 100% online by Bluegrass Community and Technical College. The final portion of the Bachelor Degree may or may not be offered online from the offering university.

BCTC ONLINE DEGREES, DIPLOMAS, LICENSE / CERTIFICATES

These online degrees, diplomas, license / certificates are offered 100% online to Bluegrass Community and Technical College students.
