PeopleSoft Student Account Access

Students, you now have access to all of your account information online through the new PeopleSoft Student Access website. You can check your grades, view your schedule, check on the status of your financial aid, and even view your statement of account.

1. In the web browser, go to the following link:

2. Select the “login here” link

3. Enter your User ID, (sdoe0002)

4. Enter your password, (same as your student email password)

5. Choose the “SA Self Service” link.

6. Next select the link called “Learner Services.”

7. Select the “Home” link.

  • This is your Home Base, here you will:
  • see shortcuts to all of the data available online and
  • be able to access all of your information starting from this home page.

8. Select “Learner Services” again (on the right hand column).

9. Select the learner service option that you wish to view

  • On the “Finances” webpage you may:
    • view your account summary/balance
    • view your financial aid, or complete a FAFSA online
  • On the “Course Catalog and Schedule” webpage you may
    choose to:
    • View a course catalog
    • View a schedule of classes
  • On the “Academics” webpage you may choose to:
    • View your semester schedule or view it in a weekly format
    • View the course catalog and schedule of classes
    • View your academic records

10. Important!!!

  • Always, “logout” by selecting the “sign out” option in the upper right hand corner of a webpage. Also completely close the web browser window to prevent the possibility of others accessing your student information.

11. Contact the following offices on your campus with any questions you may have about your Student Information.

  • Financial Aid office
  • Admissions
