NR 125 Nursing II

Common drugs are studied based upon their classification and their effects upon the basic human needs.  Areas of emphasis include nursing responsibility, accountability and application of the nursing process regarding drug therapy.  Credit not available by special examination.

Lecture:  2 hours

2 credit hours

Prerequisite:  Admission to the Associate Degree Nursing Program. .

Concurrent or prior to: BIO 139 and PSY 223 with a grade of C or better, and Computer Literacy (from the general education listing); at least a 2.0 cumulative GPA.
