Pay for Print

How will Pay for Print work?

Each student will be credited with $5.00 worth of “free” printing (50 pages) each fall, spring and summer semester for a total of 150 pages per academic year on or about August 15th. If you use more than the 50 “free” pages during the semester, you will need to purchase additional print privileges in $1 or $5 increments. Accounts will be reset to $5.00 approximately one week prior to the beginning of classes each fall semester. Unused pages will not carry forward to the next academic year nor will cash refunds be issued.

This charge will apply to all BCTC classroom printers, open lab printers, and the Learning Resource Center (LRC) printers.

How will I know when I am near the end of my print limit?

You will see the dollar amount you have remaining each time you sign into your BCTC Active Directory account.

How do I replenish my print account?

You can buy additional copies in $1.00 and $5.00 increments. Again, the cost is .10 per page.

To replenish your account during regular business hours on the Cooper and Leestown campuses, you should go to the Student Billing Office between 8:00 a.m. -5:00 p.m. During regular hours, you may purchase additional pages with cash , credit card or money order.

After Student Billing Office hours and on extended campuses, a designated person will provide you with a $1.00 or $5.00 voucher which will be billed to your PeopleSoft Student Account.
