Two BCTC Nurses Elected to Lead Kentucky League for Nursing
LEXINGTON, KY (May 23, 2007) – The Kentucky League for Nursing (KLN) recently elected two members from Bluegrass Community & Technical College (BCTC) to it’s top leadership positions.
Emily Piercy, Associate Professor of Nursing, was named President and Bonnie Nicholson, Dean of Academic Affairs, was named President- Elect.
The Kentucky League for Nursing is a constituent member of the National League for Nursing, which promotes excellence in nursing education and prepares the workforce to meet the healthcare needs of diverse populations. Membership includes nurse educators, education agencies, health care agencies, and interested members of the public.
