“That students enrolled in the Lexington Community College* through June 30‚ 2006‚ shall have all of the responsibilities‚ services‚ privileges‚ and rights accorded to them as University of Kentucky students. The privileges shall include‚ but not be limited to‚ tickets to athletic events‚ homecoming queen contests‚ the Great Teacher Award‚ and the University of Kentucky scholarship programs. These students shall pay the mandatory University of Kentucky student fees through June 30‚ 2006. On July 1‚ 2006‚ and thereafter‚ Lexington Community College* Students may elect to participate in student services and activities provided by the University of Kentucky and shall pay the appropriate fees for these services and activities to include the following fees: athletics‚ student government association‚ WRFL student radio‚ student activities‚ student center‚ student health plan‚ technology fee‚ Seaton Center fee‚ and student affairs. Lexington Community College* students shall continue to be provided access to University of Kentucky residence halls.”

Eligibility Information

Given the name change of Lexington Community College to Bluegrass Community and Technical College for purposes that apply to this legislation‚ all BCTC students enrolled in 6 or more credit hours at one of the following campuses‚ Cooper Drive‚ Winchester or Regency Road‚ will be eligible to purchase these services. To verify your schedule of classes for number of credit hours enrolled and campus location‚ please access your PeopleSoft® account online at https://students.kctcs.edu.

Important Information

• Fees for student services are per semester, and are not pro-rated or refundable.
• There is a $25 convenience fee per each transaction.
• Student services are only available during dates specified.
• Some student services require a full-time status (minimum of 12 credit hours).  If your hours fall below the minimum of 12 hours, that student service will not longer be available to you.
• If you transfer from the Cooper Drive, Regency Road, or Winchester campuses to another KCTCS campus not listed previously, you will no longer be eligible for the UK student services.
• If students are paying by cash or check, please visit the Dining and Plus Account Office in Room 101 of the UK Student Center.   You can contact them at (859)257-6159 or visit their website at www.uky.edu/PlusAccount.
• A valid student ID must be presented at the time of service.
