IMPORTANT BILLING UPDATE

Though BCTC has payment deadlines (see BCTC Academic schedule), Tuition & Charges are considered due at the time of enrollment.  To view your online billing statement go to:  https://students.kctcs.edu, after logging into Self Service, click Self Service (under menu) then click Campus Finances then click Account Inquiry; your billing statement should appear.

Additionally, KCTCS emails billing statements on a weekly basis.  Therefore, it is imperative that your student email account is setup and managed so as to receive important emails.

NOTE:  Billing statements are mailed but are done so as a courtesy to the student.

Online (Preferred Method)

You can pay with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express or by check (e-check) at our secure Self Service web address https://students.kctcs.edu.

Hours of Operation:  Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm

Drop Box

For your after-hours convenience, you may leave a check, cashier's check or money order in our Student Billing Office drop-box at either of our two locations. Payments will be posted to the students account the next business day.
