Pam Hatcher is the new Director of Workforce Solutions at Bluegrass Community and Technical College.
Pam comes to BCTC with a wide range of experience in education, training and workforce development, business operations, management and leadership development. She most recently served as Project Manager in the Chancellor’s Office of Workforce Solutions at the KCTCS System Office.
Prior to joining KCTCS, Pam was in the technology outsourcing industry serving in numerous capacities, previously served as a teacher and coach, and as a program and operations manager. Her contributions and successes include development, implementation, and management of a new education and training department, leading sales support teams across the globe with pipelines worth more than $500 million, serving as Chief of Staff to the COO of a $10 billion organization, and managing corporate and community partnerships. Pam’s 18+ years of experience combines a background in business, workforce training, and education.

This is a program that makes it easy for you to take high-quality, noncredit online courses no matter where you are located. Through a partnership with ed2go, BCTC Workforce Solutions offers hundreds of course on just about every topic.
Bluegrass Workforce Solutions is pleased to offer these well-crafted courses, with expert online instruction and interaction with fellow students. You will gain valuable knowledge at your convenience. You'll have the flexibility to study at your own pace combined with enought structure and support to complete the course. The courses can be accessed 24/7 from anywhere with an internet connection.
New sessions of each six-week online course start monthly, with two lessons released weekly (for a total of 12). Each high-quality course includes comperehensive lessons, quizzes, assignments, and a discussion area. Dedicated instructors facilitate every course; pacing learners, answering questions, giving feedback, and facilitating discussions.
