This exercise combines learning key concepts related to Change Management with an exciting competition. Participants organize into teams and are given a task. EAch team will encounter and find ways to overcome obstacles before the other team completes their task. Using this shared experience as an example, we then discuss a research-based model (ADKAR) for successfully moving through individual and organizational change. Participants will have fun, experience both successful and unsuccessful approaches to change, and gain an understanding of ADKAR that they can apply to their own personal and professional change initiatives.
Steve will talk about some useful tools, Outlook Calendar meeting requests to schedule meetings, Evernote which can help you remember things, TweetDeck which lets you see your Twitter and Facebook in one place, and possibly other tools.

This session focuses on taking a personal approach in leading others to get the best out of what change offers. Principles discussed are based on the work of Michael Fullan and relate to all college areas and activities. The purpose of this presentation is to do more than help you handle change; it is to give you the opportunity to flourish as change continues to present itself in all its various aspects.
Learn how to use the SmartBoard with general uses of it in your classroom, a few ways how to incorporate it into a Math Lesson, and some extra tips and tricks!
