Remi Bellocq – Executive Director, BCTC Equine Programs
1984 / Bachelor of Science, Major in Agriculture, Concentration in Race Track Management, University of Arizona;
1984 – 2001 / Management positions at various race tracks across the U.S. including such noted facilities as: Santa Anita Park (CA), Hollywood Park (CA), Del Mar (CA), Belmont Park (NY) and Longacres (WA);
2001 – 2010: CEO of the National Horsemen’s Benevolent and Protective Association, the largest horsemen’s representative trade association in North Americe with over 35,000 members across 30 affiliated state and provincial offices

Kentucky Derby: 1987 on ALYSHEBA, 1994 on GO FOR GIN

BC Sprint: PRECISIONIST, 1985
BC Distaff: PASEANA, 1992
BC Juvenile: GILDED TIME, 1992
BC Turf: NORTHERN SPUR, 1995
Competed as a professional jockey for 28 years; Retired: June 23, 2002, as all-time leader in earnings category (over $260 million in purse earnings) and moved to seventh in the win category with 7,141 winners;
Led nation in races won: 1974, 1975 and 1980;
Led nation in money won: 1980, 1981 and 1984;
First jockey in history to reach the $200 million earnings plateau;
Color analyst for major races, including Triple Crown events and the Breeders' Cup, on ABC, NBC, ESPN, HDNet & TVG;
Served as race designer for the feature film Seabiscuit and played the role of Charlie Kurtsinger, War Admiral' s jockey;
Champions Ridden:
Alysheba, John Henry, Paseana, Precisionist, Lady' s Secret, Sunday Silence, Flawlessly, Glorious Song, Turkoman, Bayakoa, Northern Spur and Tiznow.

Mike McMillen – Coordinator, Equine Education
1977 / Bachelor of Science in Industrial Education, Eastern KY Univeristy;

Over 30 years in education: instruction, advising, curriculum development, and administration.
Francois Parisel – Barn Manager
