Important Notice
Bluegrass students who wish to apply for private loans must now complete the self-certification form. All self-certification forms must be completed and returned to the financial aid office. If the form is completed through the private lender a copy of this form must be provided to the school as well. This form must be signed and submitted to the financial aid office before the loan can be certified and guaranteed.
