Psychology

Welcome

Welcome to the Psychology area at Bluegrass Community and Technical College. Psychology is the scientific study of behavior and mental processes. We invite you to explore the importance of psychological science in the real world. The American Psychological Association Divisions (or groups) reflect the vast diversity of psychology as a scientific discipline. Psychology can improve the lives of individuals and society in general.

Psychology courses fulfill requirements for the Associate in Arts/Associate in Science degrees, Psychology major, and many other majors and technical programs. The Psychology area offers daytime, evening, weekend, hybrid, and online classes on several campuses.

Refer to the links on the left for information about our courses and faculty.

If you would like more information on our courses, please contact Nolen Embry or John Story, Area Coordinators for Psychology.
