The mission of the Budget Office of Bluegrass Community and Technical College is to disburse and control the budgetary resources in support of the College's mission. The Budget Office provides executive management with objective, accurate and timely information and analyses to inform central decision making and strategic planning processes.
The Budget Office is to ensure that budgetary policy and practice conform to College, System Office, State and Federal policies and regulations.
In working with budgetary units, the Budget Office guides the annual budgetary process, provides budget training, assesses ongoing budget and planning issues, establishes and monitors controls over fund allocations.
Last Day for any Budget Transfer Requests - Completed and signed forms need to be submitted to Mindy Huang no later than 4:30pm Wednesday May 1st, 2013
Journal Entry Deadlines:
Any Journal Entries for activity prior to June 1, 2013 need to be submitted to Craig Dundon by 4:30pm Wednesday June 5th, 2013
Any Journal Entries for activity between June 1, 2013 and June 30, 2013 need to be submitted to Craig Dundon by 4:30pm Monday July 1st, 2013
