Faculty Council ad hoc Committee on Workload:Formed February 2003, with it's charge updated 8/17/07, to study the workload expectations within the college, across various divisions and campuses, and in other institutions. To report the findings to Faculty Council, and make recommendations on necessary changes for consideration by Faculty Council. Faculty Council ad hoc Committee on Policies, Procedures and CommunicationsFormed December 2, 2005 to address issues which have not been satisfactorily resolved through regular channels. Individual problems are addressed in a strictly confidential manner. The committee will make recommendations on changes to college policies and procedures to the President and to Faculty Council. Curriculum Language SubcommitteeThis Subcommittee was changed August 2007 to explain the curriculum flow processes in the college and system. The Committee reported in January 2008 that the narrative would be written to the level of a junior faculty member and that several rules changes may be recommended in the future. Subcommittee to Develop Final Approval Process of Pilot ProgramsThis Committee was charged by Faculty Council on 1/3/08 to draft a proposed process for Faculty Council Approval of programs which are going from Pilot status to Permanent status. Members:
