The “BCTC Cycle of Success” is simple in nature and involves three key components: Students, Community Partnerships and BCTC. BCTC is a community-based postsecondary institution that serves both local and extended bluegrass areas. Within those areas are businesses, corporations, industries, and community partners who provide financial assistance in the form of donations, grants, endowments, scholarships, etc. The funding fosters the college’s growth and nurtures our number one priority: the student. Donations industry partners provide could help to fund a student to excel in a BCTC program that may produce a top-notch employee to serve their own industry. When the student joins the workforce that helped nurture the BCTC education; the success cycle is complete.
