GE 140 Development of Leadership (3)
Development of leadership ability through the integration of theoretical concepts of leadership and group dynamics is the central focus. Opportunities to identify a personal philosophy of leadership and to develop leadership skills are included. Further, participants are encouraged to develop their leadership potential and to engage in productive leadership behavior. Lecture. Social Interaction course.
