Each applicant must submit the following credentials to the Records Office in order to be considered for admission

Each applicant must submit the following credentials to the Records Office in order to be considered for admission. A new class begins each January:

      Students who are currently enrolled in classes at BCTC must fill out a Respiratory Care Program Letter of Intent, available in 200 Oswald Building.

      Students who are not currently enrolled in classes at BCTC must complete an application for admission, also available in 200 Oswald Building.

      An official high school transcript or official passing GED scores. Transcripts must show a date of graduation. This is also required of students who have previous college work.

      An official transcript of all post-secondary education attempted. Transcripts must be submitted from each college or university previously attended.

      Official results of the American College Test (ACT) or the Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) if less than 12 credit hours of college work have been completed. The college courses must be numbered  100 or higher excluding remedial courses.

      Documented attendance at a mandatory pre-admission conference.

      Statement of Observation/Work Experience pertaining to Respiratory Care.
