Dear Student:
Bluegrass Community and Technical College now requires background checks for all students enrolling in the Radiography Program. This process is designed to meet requirements for student’s assignment to clinical practice in affiliating healthcare agencies.
Bluegrass Community and Technical College has worked with Verified Credentials, Inc. to establish an acceptable screening procedure at a cost of $43.00. Students who fail to submit a background check prior to the established deadline, August 13, 2009, may not be eligible for clinical placement.
Please follow the directions below for submitting your application to Verified Credentials:
Upon completion the results of the background screening will be sent to you via email and to Bluegrass Community and Technical College. If any information is found that would negatively affect your eligibility for clinical placement in the Radiography Program, you will be given an opportunity to challenge the information through the Adverse Action process associated with Verified Credentials.
