BCTC Donovan Scholars are Senior Citizens – are Kentucky residents 65 years of age or older. (KRS 164.284) Donovan Scholars are eligible to have tuition and mandatory fees waived. This is a wonderful opportunity to take a course and learn about a particular area of interest.

In the event classes are full, or granting free admission requires additional classes to be offered, the institution may deny admission. Documentation must include proof of age and Kentucky residency.
