Soft Skills Training

Customized soft-skills professional development training is a specialty of Workforce Solutions. 

Instructor-led professional development topics include:

  • Spoken Communication This may include public speaking, effective meetings/group discussion, negotiation skills, presentations, conflict resolution, supervision and management, effective leadership, high performance teamwork, change management, effective delegation skills, fundamentals of supervision and management, and staff selection.
  • Sales Development This may include consultative selling, leading a sales team, dealing with difficult customers, customer contact, and strategic selling.
  • Written Communication This may include business letter writing, performance and development reviews, technical writing, and reports and proposals.
  • Leadership This may include conflict resolution, problem solving, identifying and managing priorities, team building, and many other topics.
  • Customer Service  This may include guiding customer conversations, reaching for stellar service, and healing customer relations, among others.
