Designed to help students of any age or proficiency acheive a correct alignment for their body, Tri-Yoga is a flowing form of yoga incorporating strong and graceful movements of the body to link classical yoga postures together, in synchronicity with the movement of the breath. Learn the practical elements of stretching, strengthening, and mental focus in a relaxing enironment while improving emotional balance and clarity Participants should bring a yoga mat or large towel to class.
