Important Billing Information

Notice: Bills are no longer mailed. Billing information is communicated via email and PeopleSoft Self Service at: https://students.kctcs.edu. Though BCTC has payment deadlines (see BCTC Academic Calendar), tuition and fees are considered due at the time of enrollment.

Online (Preferred Method)

You can pay with your KCTCS Debit Card, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or by check (e-check) at our secure Self Service web address https://students.kctcs.edu.

By Mail

• Monday - Thursday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
• Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Hours of Operation:

• Monday - Thursday: 8:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 - 4:30 p.m.
• Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 - 4:00 p.m.
• (The Leestown Office will be closed from 12:30 - 1:30 p.m. for lunch

Note: During priority registration periods our office hours will be extended

Drop Box

For your after-hours convenience, you may leave a check, cashier's check, or money order in our student billing drop box at either of our two locations. Payments will be posted to the students account the next business day.
