We are excited that your college student has chosen Bluegrass Community and Technical College as the educational institution of their choice. BCTC-NARA grad Chelsea Heery plays important part in win of 157th running of The Queen’s Plate, Canada’s Derby

Chelsea Heery, a top grad of Bluegrass Community and Technical College’s North American Racing Academy (BCTC-NARA), had a winning weekend Sunday, July 3, when the horse she helped trained won the $1 million 157th running of the Queen’s Plate race, at Woodbine Racecourse in Ontario, Canada.
