Introduction to Women's Studies in the Social Sciences
L.C.C. Women's Studies Program
Course Description: An introduction to women's studies from a social science perspective, using a cross-cultural and interdisciplinary approach. Introduces students to social science explanations for sex-typed behavior, to social perceptions of women and men and to the roles of women in social and cultural life.
