Welcome to the BCTC Human Resources’ webpage guide for 2015 Open Enrollment. Our enrollment period will be October 13th -30th, and is an active, mandatory enrollment. All employees must elect a new health insurance plan option or waive coverage. Anyone who does not make an election or waive coverage by October 30th will be automatically enrolled in the Standard CDHP, single coverage level plan option.
Please note: Health, FSA, and HRA elections from 2014 will not automatically roll-over; you must renew your elections for the 2015 plan year.
All employees must also make their insurance elections in Employee Self-Service (PeopleSoft) and on the Department of Employee Insurance website. The Employee Self-Service and the DEI website links are listed below.
Important Information about the $50 Benefit: All employees will need to pre-plan for your $50 Benefit Allowance election with assistance from HR during one of the Open Enrollment sessions (October 13th -30th). In November, you will receive an email notice if you qualify to enroll in the $50 Benefit Allowance. The $50 Benefit Allowance enrollment election must be completed in e-Benefits (Self-Service/PeopleSoft) beginning in November 10-21st to participate in 2015.
