Welcome to the BCTC Human Resources' webpage guide for 2016 Open Enrollment. Our enrollment period will be October 12th -26th. All employees need to answer the questions below to determine whether or not you need to take action for this Open Enrollment.

Please note: FSA, and HRA elections from 2015 will not automatically roll-over; you must renew your elections for the 2016 plan year.

Important Information about the $50 Benefit: All employees will need to pre-plan for your $50 Benefit Allowance election with assistance from HR during one of the Open Enrollment sessions (October 12th -23rd). In November, you will receive an email notice if you qualify to enroll in the $50 Benefit Allowance. The $50 Benefit Allowance enrollment election must be completed in e-Benefits (Self-Service/PeopleSoft) beginning in November to participate in 2016.
