Our enrollment period will be October 1st -31st, and is an active, mandatory enrollment. All employees must elect a new health insurance plan option or waive coverage. Anyone who does not make an election or waive coverage by October 31st will be automatically enrolled in the Standard CDHP, single coverage level plan option.
Please note: Health, FSA, and HRA elections from 2013 will not automatically roll-over; you must renew your elections for the 2014 plan year.
All employees must also make their insurance elections in Employee Self-Service (PeopleSoft) and on the Department of Employee Insurance website. The Employee Self-Service and the DEI website links are listed below.
Important Information about the $50 Benefit: All employees will need to pre-plan for your $50 Benefit Allowance election with assistance from HR during one of the Open Enrollment sessions (October 1st – 30th). In November, you will receive an email notification if you qualify to enroll in the $50 Benefit Allowance. The $50 Benefit Allowance enrollment election must be completed in e-Benefits (Self-Service/PeopleSoft) beginning November 11th-22nd to participate in 2014.
