BCTC will join the growing list of US colleges and universities to adopt a tobacco-free campus policy, effective August 12, 2013.

BCTC has been awarded a matching Sustainability Grant of $2,500 from the Department of Environmental Quality and Public Works of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government on behalf of Mayor Jim Gray.

Local officials honor BCTC student Ebony Nava with the 2013 All-USA Community College Academic Team Award and Coca-Cola New Century Scholar.
